Avetta®, the leader in intelligent work readiness across global supply chains, today announced its 2027 Summit Series, which will begin in Austin, Texas, May 25-27, 2027, and continue in Sydney and London later in the year. For the first time ever, the company is accepting speaking proposals from and extending event sponsorship opportunities to its community of hiring organizations, suppliers, contractors and partners, as well as other industry leaders. In conjunction with the Summit Series, Avetta also opened the nomination period for its 2027 customer awards, with regional winners to be revealed at their respective Summit Series events throughout the year.
“The challenges facing today’s supply chains are too complex for any one organization to solve alone,” said Abid Yousuf, Chief Customer Officer at Avetta. “Our Summit Series is where businesses on both sides of the supply chain come together to share what’s working, learn from one another and build the relationships that help turn ideas into action. By expanding opportunities for speakers, sponsors and award nominees to participate, we’re creating even more ways for our community to move their industries forward.”
2027 Summit Series
Building on the momentum of Avetta’s Ready to Work movement, the 2027 Summit Series will convene its global community along with other industry leaders from around the world to share strategies for closing the readiness gap and creating safer, more resilient and more sustainable operations for both hiring organizations and the suppliers and contractors they rely on.
As in 2026, the 2027 Summit Series will focus on curated experiences designed to go beyond traditional conferences and drive meaningful outcomes. The events will foster an environment where work gets done—not just discussed—helping businesses accelerate change and strengthen supply chain performance to deliver real-world impact. This includes the return of the Connection Center, a central hub for high-value, in-person collaboration where clients and suppliers can meet, align and advance work together.
“The Avetta Summit Series delivers a rare combination of strategic insight and practical takeaways,” said Braylyn Harris, HR Manager at SG Energy. “We were able to learn from organizations both inside and outside our industry, compare approaches and bring back strategies that helped us strengthen our own programs and relationships. That’s what makes the Summit experience so valuable.”
Registration is now open for the flagship North America event in Austin, which will take place at the Renaissance Austin Arboretum Domain Hotel located at 9721 Arboretum Blvd, Austin, TX 78759.
Members of the Avetta community and other industry leaders can now also submit speaking proposals to share their expertise on stage in Austin to help attendees learn, compare and act with greater confidence. The deadline to submit for the North America event is February 1, 2027. Topics to be considered include:
- Contractor, supplier and supply chain risk management
- Safety culture, performance and engagement
- Compliance, prequalification and regulatory change
- Procurement, supplier collaboration and operational resilience
- ESG, sustainability and responsible business
- Data, analytics, automation and responsible use of AI
- Workforce, field operations, contractor and supplier experience
- Customer, supplier and industry transformation stories
In addition, businesses interested in increasing their visibility among supply chain, procurement, safety, sustainability and risk management professionals are encouraged to explore sponsorship opportunities for the Austin event. Sponsors will have the opportunity to engage directly with attendees, showcase thought leadership and support the conversations helping to shape the future of work readiness across supply chains. Platinum, gold and silver sponsorship packages are available.
Specific dates and locations along with registration, speaking and sponsorship details for the Sydney and London events will be announced later.
2027 Customer Awards
Avetta customers are driving meaningful change. A fan-favorite element of the Summit Series, the annual Avetta customer awards program, now in its sixth year, celebrates the organizations and individuals from across the Avetta community raising the standard for safety, operational and sustainability performance—demonstrating what it means to be truly ready to work amidst today’s increasingly complex supply chains.
“Being recognized in 2026 as an Innovation Champion was an honor for our team and a reflection of the important work we’re doing to continuously improve how we operate,” said Bridget Coleman, President at Entire, Inc. “The Avetta customer awards celebrate organizations that are finding new ways to solve challenges, share best practices and raise the bar for the industries they serve. I encourage others to submit their stories and help inspire the next wave of progress.”
Avetta is now accepting nominations for its 2027 customer awards from businesses across North America. The nomination period ends April 2, 2027, with winners to be recognized at the Austin event. The awards programs for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific regions will open later in the year, with winners celebrated at their respective regional Summit Series events.
