Twenty-five finalists selected to compete for a share of $100,000 in catalytic grants; public voting open through Nov. 5.

SEATTLE, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Today, global nonprofit Greater Good Charities announced the finalists for its “Good Exists” TikTok challenge, opening nationwide public voting to decide which contestant will receive a share of a $100,000 catalytic grant pool put towards the local nonprofit of their choosing.

Launched earlier this month to combat doomscrolling and negative news fatigue by spotlighting the good in local communities, the campaign invited creators, everyday TikTok users, and community leaders to document local acts of kindness and a nonprofit of choice that’s driving meaningful change. The following finalists have been selected to advance to the public vote:

Public voting is open Oct. 29, and runs through 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 5. The five winning charities will be announced on Nov. 7, with each recipient awarded grant funding to help grassroots organizations absorb macroeconomic pressures and meet urgent local needs.
