FEMTECH LEADERS FLORA FERTILITY AND CLUE PARTNER TO ADVANCE FERTILITY EDUCATION AND ACCESS
PR Newswire
CALGARY, AB, Sept. 28, 2026
The partnership brings together two women’s health innovators working to give women the knowledge and infrastructure to make more informed decisions about their reproductive futures
CALGARY, AB, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Flora Fertility (FLORA), the first individually owned fertility insurance platform, today announced a partnership with Clue, the women-led, science-driven period and cycle tracking app trusted by millions worldwide.
The partnership connects two parts of the same challenge. Clue gives people science-based insights to better understand their cycles and reproductive health, while FLORA gives women a way to financially prepare for fertility care before they need it.
Through the partnership, Clue will introduce its community to FLORA’s proactive approach to fertility insurance, while new and existing FLORA policyholders will receive complimentary access to Clue Plus. FLORA policyholders will be able to use Clue’s premium subscription which includes advanced cycle insights, predictions and pattern analysis alongside up to $50,000 in future fertility coverage through FLORA.
Women are thinking about fertility long before they are ready to have children, but most education and financial support still arrives only after they begin trying or encounter a problem. 69% of Gen Z women are concerned about their future fertility, yet 59% feel uninformed about their reproductive health. With Clue already helping more than 100 million people worldwide understand their cycles, the partnership creates an opportunity to reach women earlier and give them a way to prepare proactively.
“Clue has created a trusted space where women are already learning about their bodies and taking a more active role in their health,” said Dr. Christy Lane, co-founder and Co-CEO of Flora Fertility. “By bringing FLORA into that experience, we can help women turn what they are learning into a plan for the future. Clue provides the insights to understand their reproductive health, while FLORA gives them a way to prepare financially for fertility care they may need later.”
The collaboration is designed to reach women while they have the greatest ability to plan, before fertility becomes an immediate medical or financial concern. By introducing FLORA to Clue’s community of members, the companies hope to make fertility planning feel less like a conversation reserved for a doctor’s office and more like a natural part of women’s ongoing health.
“Most women are taught how to prevent pregnancy, but very little about how fertility changes over time or what it may take to build a family later,” said Laura McDonald, co-founder and Co-CEO of Flora Fertility. “Today, education often begins only once someone is already facing a challenge. Working with Clue gives us an opportunity to bring the conversation forward and help women make decisions with more context and more time.”
“At Clue, our mission is to give people trustworthy information that helps them understand their bodies and make informed choices throughout their reproductive lives,” said Hugo Marshall, Commercial Director at Clue. “Partnering with FLORA allows us to bring fertility education into that conversation earlier and give our community more information as they consider what they may want for their futures.”
